Moonlight Wax – Shipping Policy

📦 Processing Times

All Moonlight Wax orders are handmade and packed with care.

• Standard processing time: 2–4 business days
• During busy periods (seasonal launches, sales): 3–7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail.

• Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and service selected.
Orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping.

📍 Order Tracking

If you select a tracked service, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Untracked services will not include tracking updates.

🕯️ Warm Weather Notice

Wax melts may soften slightly during warmer months. This does not affect scent or performance.
We recommend bringing your parcel indoors as soon as it arrives.

❗ Missing, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, Royal Mail requires:

• 10 business days after expected delivery before a missing‑parcel claim can be submitted.

If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.

📮 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Moonlight Wax cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
